Tata Motors Finance Marks Double Victory, Wins 2 Awards for 'Best Collections Initiative' and 'Best Fraud Control Initiative'
Continuing its unwavering pursuit of excellence and innovation in the automotive financing sector, Tata Motors Finance has once again showcased its prowess by winning not one, but two esteemed awards at the 3rd Edition of the Distinguished NBFC Awards 2023.
Placing their best foot forward, both the TMF collections and RCU teams showcased their groundbreaking initiatives. Under the Corporate Group category, "Project Vitalise", spearheaded by the collections team and ‘RAPID - Robust Anti-fraud Protection & Integrated Defense', led by Risk Containment Unit, were recognized for their illustrious contributions by esteemed jury committee.
These awards and recognitions underscore our relentless dedication to upholding the most stringent standards of integrity and safeguarding every facet of our operations.
Recognizing the importance of adaptability and need of the hour, Tata Motors Finance launched ‘project Vitalise’ to streamline and optimize its collections, while ensuring utmost customer compliance and satisfaction. Project Vitalise initiated an array of counter measures to overcome obstacles and emerge stronger than ever before by deploying effective collection management practices and leveraging technology to streamline collections.
In addition, RAPID - Robust Anti-fraud Protection & Integrated Defense' initiative was launched to enhance the overall resilience against fraud by swiftly identifying and neutralizing fraudulent actions aimed at preventing financial losses, protecting sensitive information, and maintaining the trust and safeguarding customers, stakeholders, and the organization.
The Distinguished NBFC Awards occupy a unique position in recognizing and applauding excellence and innovation within the dynamic NBFC Industry.
