Vinu Nair, Executive Vice President – Special Projects, Tata Motors Finance Backed by more than 24 years of expertise in the operational domain, Vinu has made his mark as an influential C-Suite leader in sectors like retail finance (bank & NBFC), insurance and automotive. He specialises in the management of stressed retail asset collections. At Tata Motors Finance, he takes care of special projects and the pan India collections infrastructure.
In the past, Vinu played a key role in setting up the used vehicle financing business at Tata Motors Finance. He also led Concord Motors and TATA Motors Insurance Broking & Advisory Services Limited as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer respectively.
Vinu is passionate about nurturing future leaders and building businesses within the organisation through his impressive execution and people management skills. Apart from being an avid reader, Vinu loves observing and analysing global, national and regional trends in the financial and economic sectors.

Neeloy, with more than 20 years of domain expertise under his belt, leads digital lending, digital transformations, and technological initiatives at TATA Motors Finance. He oversees marketing functions across business verticals to boost revenue growth sustainably. Neeloy is passionate about product and customer lifecycle management, sales, and digital & alternate channel management.
In the past, Neeloy proved his mettle in addressing issues in customer facing platforms. He was able to introduce efficiency in digital lending stack, mobile banking, CRM, AI stack (Chatbot and Alexa), contact centre technology, and digital customer acquisition platforms across geographies.
Neeloy is adept at developing digital solutions for business strategy formulation powered by operational effectiveness and analytics. His understanding of the ecosystem of stakeholders and customers is commendable.
