Dear Colleagues,

Your Password is changed…

Keeping your convenience in perspective, we are pleased to inform you that now you will not have to remember separate passwords for logging on to TMF-Universe and WEB applications (such as RSPM, FI, Dedupe etc.). Your password for TMF-Universe and WEB applications is same as your Windows Domain (System) Password.

This is applicable only for on-roll and off-roll employees. For others, the current process remains as is.

You are requested to kindly take note the following:

  • ID Creation: Your Application user id is same as your Windows domain ID. Hence, please ensure that your domain ID is created even before you request for any Application user id (As per the current process, the domain id is get created automatically for on-roll employees and for associate employees, it is created on the basis of a duly approved request).
  • Forgot or Change Password: Henceforth, for re-setting / changing password, you have to use the existing Windows Domain password process.
