Neeraj Dhawan is the Managing Director (Designate) of Tata Motors Finance.&nbsp;

Having an illustrious career spanning around three decades, Neeraj has established himself as a distinguished leader in India’s financial sector. As a people leader, he is passionate about creating strong, cohesive teams that contribute to building a stronger business.

He is a Chartered Accountant, Cost &amp; Works Accountant, and Company Secretary, having held significant roles in multinational and prestigious large corporations such as Jio Finance Limited, Experian India, Yes Bank, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, ABN AMRO Bank and GE Capital.

Throughout his career, Neeraj has been instrumental in establishing comprehensive risk control frameworks, spearheading an array of initiatives, including Risk, Credit &amp; Fraud Bureau, and Data Analytics alongside developing and deploying robust Credit &amp; Collections processes, policies, technology, and strengthening Governance and Compliance frameworks.

Beyond his professional credentials, Neeraj is an avid reader having keen interests in tracking global BFSI and Technology trends. In his leisure time, Neeraj enjoys relishing diverse cuisines, traveling to experience different cultures, and staying engaged with key national and international developments.

Neeraj Dhawan

Anand Bang has been Chief Operating Officer at Tata Motors Finance Limited (TMFL) since August 2020. He heads retail vehicle financing, the wholesale corporate lending business, used vehicle financing and fee-based income.

Mr. Bang, a Chartered Accountant, has been with TMFL since 2014. Prior to this role, he was Chief Financial Officer of TMFL and has commendably led the finance and treasury functions through challenging times and created many innovative financial lending structures including asset securitization, as well as assignment and co-origination deals with leading financial institutions.

Mr. Bang has a rich experience of over 17 years and has been associated with the Tata Group for 13 years. Prior to TMFL, he was associated with Tata Technologies, where he served as Finance Controller for its European operations.

Anand is a passionate professional with an entrepreneurial drive for execution and transformation. Outside of work, Anand enjoys watching web series and is very keen about exploring new places to travel.

Anand Bang

Ridhi Gangar is chief financial officer of Tata Motors Finance Limited and TMF Holdings Limited. Ridhi joined TMFL in August 2012. She is responsible for managing the financial health of the company in the areas of&nbsp;treasury,&nbsp;accounts, audit, taxation, business planning,&nbsp;and&nbsp;internal financial controls. She has a rich experience of over 12 years and of 8+ years with Tata Group. Prior to TMFL, she had stints with the Essar group and&nbsp;PriceWaterHouse Coopers.

Ridhi is an associate chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.&nbsp;She is a smart finance professional with a sharp eye for numbers. Besides crunching numbers, she loves driving and&nbsp;exploring new places for&nbsp;road trips&nbsp;around&nbsp;the world.

Ridhi Gangar

With over 25 years of operational domain expertise,&nbsp;Vinu&nbsp;oversees the entire pan-India collections infrastructure and special projects at Tata Motors Finance.

Over the years,&nbsp;Vinu&nbsp;has emerged as an influential C-Suite industry leader in the retail finance (Bank &amp; NBFC), automotive, and insurance sectors with a specialization in managing and streamlining stressed asset collections.

In the past, he has initiated and laid the foundations of used vehicle financing business at Tata Motors Finance.&nbsp;Vinu&nbsp;also led TATA Motors Insurance Broking &amp; Advisory Services Limited and Concorde &nbsp;Motors in capacity of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer, respectively.

He is passionate about building and strengthening future businesses leaders within the organisation through his impeccable people management and execution skills.

In his recreational hours,&nbsp;Vinu&nbsp;enjoys playing tennis. He is is also an avid reader having a particular interest towards observing and analysing regional, national, and global trends in the economy and financial sectors.

 Vinu Nair

With his domain expertise spanning over 2 decades, Neeloy spearheads digital transformations, digital lending, and tech initiatives at TATA Motors Finance. Working across business verticals, he also oversees the marketing functions to build sustainable revenue growth. Neeloy is passionate about sales, digital &amp; alternate channel management, product, and customer lifecycle management. 

He has led key customer facing&nbsp;platforms in the past, bringing efficiency across geographies in&nbsp;mobile banking, digital lending stack, CRM, contact center technology, AI stack (Chatbot and Alexa), and digital customer acquisition platforms.

Neeloy specializes in developing digital solutions for operational effectiveness and analytics led business strategy formulation. His key strength lies in understanding the ecosystem of customers and stakeholders.

 Neeloy Majumder 

Rohit Sarda has been the chief credit officer of Tata Motors Finance Limited since August 2020 and heads the credit for new retail vehicle, used vehicle, and wholesale corporate lending divisions. Prior to this role, he was head of business planning at TMFL.

Rohit joined TMFL in April 2013. He has a rich experience of over 16 years with the Tata Motors Group. He joined Tata Motors Ltd in 2004 in business planning and then moved to Tata Daewoo Korea in 2006, where he was taking care of treasury &amp; business planning. Rohit is a commerce graduate and an associate chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

A passionate professional with a business analytics and financial assessment background and a strong drive for execution. Outside of work, Rohit enjoys playing different sports, like cricket and badminton, exploring new places to travel, and loves photography.

Rohit Sarda

As a ‘people-first’ professional, Kishore brings 24 years of hands-on expertise into the Human Resources function,&nbsp;leveraging his extensive experience to drive impactful and effective HR practices.In his previous role, Kishore was&nbsp;associated with Tata Capital as Vice President &amp; National Head – Business HR (Retail Consumer, DSMG &amp; Operations),&nbsp;where he excelled in aligning HR strategies with business goals. 
 
Kishore has extensively worked in the Tata Group companies as well as with some of India’s biggest brands&nbsp;and corporations in various capacities, including Tata Services (Group HR), ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co.,&nbsp;and Bharti Airtel. 
 
Based in Mumbai, Kishore is also a fitness and sports enthusiast who enjoys playing badminton and cricket during&nbsp;leisure hours.&nbsp; 
 
In addition to his athletic pursuits, Kishore is passionate about reading with interests ranging across&nbsp;leadership, corporate motivation, people management strategies, and human psychology, reflecting his commitment to advancing Human Capital and driving growth across personal, professional, and organizational spheres.

Kishore Dalal

Amit, a 1998-batch Chartered Accountant, has been associated with Tata Motors Finance Limited (TMFL) since 2012. Over the years, Amit has held several key positions at TMFL, such as Head of Business Planning, Head of Treasury, and CFO of Tata Motors Finance Solutions Limited, demonstrating his leadership, expertise, and in-depth familiarity with TMF Group's entire business ecosystem.

Amit began his professional career with a renowned audit firm, AF Ferguson &amp; Co, and then moved to ICICI Bank, where he spent nine years managing diverse roles, including account management of a standalone bank and group companies', as well as performance monitoring for the group companies. He was also instrumental in setting up the Fraud Prevention Department at ICICI Bank and worked for 2 years at the department.

Amit specialises in effectively leading and optimising teams with a strategic mindset. He is passionate about finance, transformative projects, and outcome-driven initiatives. In his spare time, he focusses on unwinding with good music, exploring beautiful destinations, and an occasional swim.

Amit Mittal

Vinay Lavannis is company secretary of Tata Motors Finance Limited and TMF Holdings Limited. He joined the company and has been with it since its inception in 2006. He has also been associated with the Tata Group for the last 18 years. Before joining the Tata Group, he worked with several multinational and Indian companies as company secretary. He is a commerce &amp; law graduate and an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has post qualification experience of about 30 years in the field of company secretarial, corporate laws, and compliance. He is experienced in corporate governance, public issue of shares, mergers, amalgamation and restructuring of companies, etc.&nbsp;Outside of work, he enjoys travelling and Indian music.

Vinay Lavannis

Prashant Bharati is Chief Legal &amp; Compliance Officer of TMF group. Prashant joined TMF in February 2018. He is responsible for the legal &amp; compliance functions of the company. He has a rich experience of over 22 years.&nbsp;Prior to TMF, he had stints with Reliance Home Finance Limited, Reliance Commercial Finance Limited, and&nbsp;Mahindra and Mahindra Financial Services Ltd.

Prashant Bharati is also Chief Ethics Counsellor of the TMF group and is responsible for the Leadership of the Business Ethics (LBE) framework of the TMF group.

Prashant has secured his law degree from the Government Law College, Mumbai.&nbsp;He is a smart Legal professional and uses his sharp legal skills for the benefit of the TMF group. He also keeps a sharp eye on the dynamic regulatory and statutory sphere.

Besides case laws, he loves singing, driving, and exploring new places.

Prashant Bharati

Mr. Prabhakar Mukhopadhyay is the Chief Internal Auditor of Tata Motors Finance. Prabhakar holds the titles of Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (CMA), and Master of Commerce (M.Com), alongside being an Associate member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA, USA).

At Tata Motors Finance, he brings a wealth of experience spanning over 30 years, having held significant roles in renowned organizations like Holcim India (Ambuja Cements), Larsen &amp; Toubro, BOC Group (Currently known as Linde), HPCL &amp; Philips, etc. 
 
A native of Kolkata, Prabhakar has been a resident of Mumbai for over two decades. Beyond the boardroom, he finds solace in his twin passions of music and travel, while also actively participating in and enjoying sports like Cricket and Football.

Prabhakar Mukhopadhyay

Muktar Shaikh is the Group Chief Compliance Officer at Tata Motors Finance group companies.&nbsp;

 
He is a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS), Certified Internal Auditor&nbsp;(CIA) &nbsp;and a Commerce Graduate from Mumbai University with over 12 years of extensive hands-on&nbsp;experience in risk assurance, controls and compliances.&nbsp;

He has been with Tata Motors Finance for the past 7 years. He is responsible for maintaining&nbsp;a strong compliance management system and fostering a robust compliance culture across the&nbsp;organization.&nbsp;

In his past stints, he has worked with KPMG and Price Waterhouse into audit and assurance&nbsp;LOD into Financial service sector. He enjoys listening music and reading in his leisure time.
